The Biden Regime is moving forward with their latest strategy to open the borders to illegal aliens. The Regime has instructed the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) to aggressively cut barbed wire fencing, razor concertina wire, and fist-bump illegal aliens as they pour through the holes in the fencing that the State of Texas has deployed. Of course, USBP Chief Jason Owens needs to go, but what next?

No one will go unless an immigration patriot is elected President. So far, Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, and Vivek Ramaswamy are the only immigration patriots in the Republican primary, while only Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is the only, and long shot, candidate in the Democrat Party who is an immigration patriot.

What can be done in the meantime to throw a wrench in the ongoing criminal behavior by Border Patrol Agents (BPA)? And yes, it is criminal behavior. It is a violation of Title 8 United States Code Section 1324, Bringing In and Harboring Certain Aliens. In this case, the USBP is bringing in aliens; these aliens are not entitled to enter the United States. The relevant statute clearly states that these aliens must be returned to Mexico under Expedited Removal or returned to Mexico to await any hearing before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the immigration courts. Furthermore, the aliens are not entitled to any of the welfare benefits, including housing, meals, and spending money, currently being provided by various state and local governments, as well as the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

What can be done? First, Trump, DeSantis, and Ramaswamy need to publicly announce that those involved in the border invasion will be prosecuted, starting with Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Alejandro Mayorkas, as well as the former Presidents involved in raising money for the invasion. They also need to announce that lower level Federal officials involved in the invasion are also prosecuted. And they should start with the BPAs aiding and abetting the invasion, using the well-tried Saul Alinsky tactic of pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.

For us this means identifying the Fist Bump Agent (FBA), then having Trump, DeSantis, and Ramaswamy stating publicly that they will criminally prosecute FBA. Usually BPAs cut sign to find illegal aliens, but FBA instead cuts wire to let illegal aliens in. Shame on him.

Then move quickly on to the agent or agents involved in the concertina wire–cutting incident that was arranged by an open borders group. We will call him Concertina Wire Agent (CWA).

BORTAC Aiding the Invasion

CWA is wearing a mask, but the camouflage pattern of his uniform tells me he is a member of the Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC), so he should be easy to track down, as he is working with other BORTAC agents; we see several in the video. But more importantly, we see a large group of people in matching yellow t-shirts in the video. This tells me that BORTAC is working with an open-borders alien smuggling organization like Pueblos Sin Fronteras. So, there is no excuse for their behavior: it is openly criminal.

Before their union starts shouting at me that they were just following orders, that is not an excuse for breaking Federal or state law. If a supervisor, including the President, orders a Federal employee to break the law, the employee still remains liable for his criminal activity. All it does is expand the criminal liability to various levels of supervisors. And I am certain that there is an email or paper trail on the orders to cut the barbed wire fencing. Why? Because someone at the USBP went out and procured large numbers of industrial-strength, expensive wire cutters to issue to the BPAs. That contract should be easy to find.

Obviously Chief Patrol Agent Owens knows who that is. Perhaps Owens should be called before a House committee and asked under oath about the wire-cutting policy. Who ordered it? Likely this person is either Mayorkas or Troy Miller, acting head of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Another curious item is that Brandon Judd, head of the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC), is not Xing about this issue. He is radio silent on the issue. Likely because he knows that BPAs are criminally liable for their actions. I have seen him claim in replies to certain Xs that he will do the “just following orders” defense, but, again, in my many years of internal affairs work for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), that excuse never works.

If Trump, DeSantis, and Ramaswami make an announcement that those involved will be prosecuted, it will likely cause those involved at the lower levels to stop. I doubt if any USBP supervisor will go on record and put an order to cut border fencing in writing, so no BPA has any worries about being charged with insubordination. Trump, DeSantis, and Ramaswami can even offer protection once elected so BPAs start sabotaging the Biden assistance to the invasion. More likely will be that dissident agents will come forward and identify those in management who are ordering this illegal activity, and give us the names of FBA and CWA.

I am hoping to hear from them.
