The best mainstream media reporter on the immigration beat, Bill Melugin, has a breaking story, video of a Border Patrol Agent cutting barbed wire fencing put up by the State of Texas to bring in illegal aliens!

Melugin is likely correct that this particular agent was likely ordered to do this, though that is not certain. But it again brings up the question: Can Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employees be charged as part of the Biden Regime Administrative Amnesty? Obviously Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas, among others, should be.
Here is the Border Patrol opening locked gates on private property to smuggle illegal aliens into the United States.

Border Patrol opening gates etc to allow migrants in is not new. They have to process migrants on U.S. soil per federal law. This is not new, it has been happening for at least a year or so. Should these Border Patrol Agents be criminally charged, either under Texas law for alien smuggling or by President DeSantis in a few years?
