ICE SVU is creating an identification card for illegal aliens so they can use it for travel and eventually employment. Attached to this scheme is the Biden Regime plan to amnesty all illegal aliens without any legislation.

The rationale behind the Illegal Alien Identification Card is that ICE SVU needs a better way to identify and track illegal aliens who have been arrested, but released. Their solution, an identity card that will later be used to give employment, an amnesty-lite, to illegal aliens. However, the amnesty-lite is back on the agenda.

New images obtained by Fox News Digital shed light on the Biden administration’s planned ID for illegal immigrants, as officials look for ways to track the volume of migrants being released into the U.S.

Fox News, along with other outlets, reported last year on the ICE Secure Docket Card program, which Immigration and Customs Enforcement said will “modernize various forms of documentation provided to provisionally released noncitizens through a consistent, verifiable, secure card.”

Migrants who arrive at the border illegally and are not removed but instead released into the interior are often given a number of documents depending on their situation. The images show a card with room for a photograph, a QR code and identifying information and security details, as well as the ICE logo in the top left corner.

There is no point in spending tens of millions of dollars on this program as most illegals will not show up for their hearing, but eventually the Biden Regime plan is to turn this card into a document that grants employment authorization, as it appears that giving all illegal aliens Temporary Protected Status (TPS) or parole eventually is in the works to solve the impasse over the failures of legislative amnesty.

A combination of parole and TPS will cover all illegal aliens, and the Biden Regime has expanded TPS for all previously designated nationals, including almost 500,000 Venezuelans. And Ukrainians are using a new TPS travel document to take vacations back to Ukraine, which they supposedly fled in fear of their lives.

While both TPS and parole solve the welfare and employment eligibility problem for illegal aliens, it does not qualify illegal aliens to adjust status in the United States, but the Biden Regime has an plan to get around the need for legislation to grant amnesty, let TPS illegal aliens travel outside the United States, then “admit” them back into the United States. Then the illegal aliens can adjust status. What the TPS Travel Document scheme does is abuse a section of immigration law, which is that those using the TPS Travel Document will be considered “inspected and admitted,” rather than the illegal aliens they are, when they return to the United States after traveling overseas. Therefore those who leave the United States, usually to return to the country they fled from, will therefore have a legal status and can adjust their status to LPR upon their return.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced an important policy change that will benefit noncitizens holding Temporary Protected Status (TPS). The new policy permits USCIS to issue a new TPS travel authorization document, amending the previous mechanism required for TPS to receive foreign travel permission. This policy change is significant because noncitizens who enter on this new TPS travel authorization will now be considered as “inspected and admitted,” and accordingly may qualify for adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident (green card) status with an underlying employment-based or family-based immigrant visa petition.

Typically, TPS recipients were not permitted to adjust status in the United States to LPR, but that was an impediment to the Biden Regime plan for amnesty. The plan is as simple as it is lawless: It is for the Regime to either parole or give TPS to all illegal aliens in the United States, give those illegal aliens travel permission, allow them to return to the United States, then allow those illegal aliens to adjust status in the United States after their return.
