The undistinguished Senator Richard Lugar was the speaker at my 2006 Navy War College graduation in 2006.  As an esteemed graduate (a nice trump for an Army guy), I was invited to a private luncheon with him.

I thought Lugar was out of it then, I'm sure of it now. Lugar's opinions, especially on immigration, are as phony as his wig.

Lugar can be written off as senile, John McCain is insane, but Lindsay Graham is just an opportunistic, seditious coward.
