NRO's John Fund Raises Voter Fraud Again: GOP Establishment Must Approve

Fund

Crucial subject: welcome back!

What might be a very important 1,550 word article has just appeared on National Review Online: Voter Fraud: We’ve Got Proof It’s Easy By John Fund January 12, 2013

New York City’s watchdog Department of Investigations has just provided the latest evidence of how easy it is to commit voter fraud that is almost undetectable. DOI undercover agents showed up at 63 polling places last fall and pretended to be voters who should have been turned away by election officials; the agents assumed the names of individuals who had died or moved out of town, or who were sitting in jail. In 61 instances, or 97 percent of the time, the testers were allowed to vote.

Fund drily notes the Board of Elections response

The Board of Elections …approved a resolution referring the DOI’s investigators for prosecution. It also asked the state’s attorney general to determine whether DOI had violated the civil rights of voters who had moved or are felons…

But the Fund article goes much further. It discusses the famous James O’Keefe/Eric Holder stunt

…in 2012, in Washington, D.C., one of O’Keefe’s assistants was able to obtain Attorney General Eric Holder’s ballot even though Holder is 62 years old and bears no resemblance to the 22-year-old white man who obtained it merely by asking if Eric Holder was on the rolls.

And various other examples

Al Franken’s 312-vote victory in 2008 over Minnesota senator Norm Coleman gave Democrats a filibuster-proof Senate majority of 60 votes, which allowed them to pass Obamacare. Months after the Obamacare vote, a conservative group called Minnesota Majority finished comparing criminal records with voting rolls and identified 1,099 felons — all ineligible to vote — who had voted in the Franken–Coleman race. Fox News random interviews with ten of those felons found that nine had voted for Franken

Now it is an ugly fact that under Obama the Democrats have moved a long way to embedding major voter fraud into the electoral system as I discussed in Cuccinelli v. McAuliffe: How Much Black Voter Fraud In Virginia?  - where we were supposed to believe that Blacks would turn out to vote for a transplanted NY Irish Pol with the same degree of enthusiasm as they did for Obama, a fellow Black, the previous year:

The electoral legacy of Obama is clearly an enormous expansion in Democratic voting fraud capabilities, most easily discernible in Black areas - but probably in Hispanic precincts as well.

In 2012 I asked Obama's Voter Fraud Facilitation Policy: Does The GOP Have The Courage To Resist?

They do not. And the Democrats have realized this.

Hitler’s Revenge has struck again.

Furthermore, as I observed in  DNC Chairwoman: We Lost Colorado Gun Vote Because We Couldn't Cheat

A resounding silence has greeted the totally counterintuitive news that Black turnout and vote totals are supposed to have risen substantially in 2012 which is incompletely discussed in Voter analysis shows Obama would have lost in 2012 if black turnout had mirrored 2008 foxnews.com April 28, 2013. According to the US Census Bureau’s Voting Rates by Race survey (pdf) 1.7 Million or 11.04% more Blacks voted in 2012 than in 2008 when the Black vote was in turn 14.37% above the 2004 total of 14 million.

The idea that the Obama reality stimulated almost as much more enthusiasm amongst Blacks than the prospect of voting for the first time for a fellow Black for President in 2008 is simply not plausible. Especially with election night memories of stories of slow reporting from Black precincts in Ohio, Virginia, North Carolina and Florida, a tell-tale sign of fraud.

Anyone going about daily life in modern Police State America, with the constant intrusive demands for photo ID for the most insignificant transactions, is abrasively reminded how arrogant and unreasonable the Democratic rejection of similar Voter ID requirements are.

What other purpose can this have other to facilitate fraud?

John Fund, whose exile at National Review has so far been more funny than useful, has written not one but two books on the voter fraud problem.

But looking through his NR archive this seems to be the first time he has been allowed to address the subject there since the election. The VDARE.com opinion has been the subject was taboo.

So maybe the GOP Establishment is getting over their Hitler’s Revenge inhibitions about this likely lethal voter fraud.

About time.

(Correction: A reader point out that Fund has written one (only) other post-election voter fraud story: The Latest Evidence of Voter Fraud — and Discrimination NRO September 9, 2013. Prior to the election there had been quite a series.)
