Harvard University and two Harvard officials, Rakesh Khurana [Email him] Dean of the College, and Loc Truong [Email him] Director of the Office of Student Life, have pulled a Janet Napolitano: they publicly stated that they as individuals, and Harvard as a legal entity, will aid, abet, and assist illegal aliens to enter into and remain in the United States.

This open defiance of the immigration laws of the United States leaves  Khurana and Truong open to criminal prosecution.  Harvard is also liable for criminal prosecution, as well as civil prosecution for depriving the United States of visa fees for foreign students by admitting illegal aliens to the University. Under usual circumstances those illegal aliens would have to apply for nonimmigrant student visas or adjustment of status and pay related fees.

Furthermore, Harvard opens itself up to loss of all legal foreign students by engaging in criminal activity and subject to prosecution under the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations (RICO) statutes for engaging in ongoing criminal conspiracies involving violating immigration laws.

Harvard is also a major government contractor and grant recipient.  Those grants and contracts can be denied to Harvard for its criminal activity quite easily.  The assistance Khurana, Truong, and Harvard President and Fellows, commonly known as Harvard Corporation, the parent of Harvard University, give illegal aliens is a violation of Title 8 United States Code, Section 1324, Bringing and Harboring Certain Aliens.

Following a divisive presidential election, Dean of the College Rakesh Khurana said he will prioritize protecting Harvard’s undocumented undergraduates as President-elect Donald Trump transitions into office, though he did not offer specific plans.

In an interview last Tuesday, Khurana said Loc Truong, the Office of Student Life’s Director of Diversity and Inclusion Programs, is now a “point person” for undocumented students’ concerns. Khurana added that he, Truong, and Dean of Students Katherine G. O’Dair have been meeting individually with students since “almost immediately after the election...”

“I think there’s been a significant amount of focus on supporting [undocumented] students at this time of uncertainty,” Khurana said...

“Our mission, whatever their immigration status, where they were born, they are Harvard,” Khurana said.

[Khurana Says He Is ‘Committed to Serving’ Undocumented Students, by Jalin Cunningham, The Harvard Crimson, November 28, 2016]

Loc Truong, from California,  is presumably the child of legal immigrants from Communist Viet-Nam,  and despite the fact that most Vietnamese immigrants are patriotic, Truong has decided to join with the communists who  his parents fled, and wage war on the historic American nation.

Khurana is an immigrant from India but hates the historic American nation, and wants to make America part of Mexico.

Truong is all in for illegal aliens and openly stated his and Harvard's criminal activity:

Dr. Loc Truong, director of diversity and inclusion at Harvard, said in an email to The Boston Globe that the university’s offices will work to help undocumented students.

“We know this is a time of uncertainty and we will partner with undocumented students and all students during this uncertain time, as we share the same goal—to enable students to thrive here at Harvard College,” he said in an email.

Harvard is extremely vulnerable to the wide array of enforcement actions that soon to be Attorney General Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III and soon to be Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly have at their disposal.  And Harvard, with a $36 billion endowment, can afford to pay for their crimes.  In fact, the government can seize that endowment and build the yuge wall with Mexico.

Breaking Harvard will be a boon to Donald John Trump.  Harvard hates the historic American nation, White Americans, and President Trump.  It will also be a good start to draining the swamp, as Harvard is part of the problem with corruption and anti-Americanism.

Elites like Truong and Khuranan are part of the problem of the ruling class in America.  Neither are Americans in any real sense. They belong in prison for aiding illegal aliens.  They also should not be in America.
