Do you remember Wayne Lo? A Taiwanese immigrant/student at Simon's Rock Bard College in Massachusetts?  Shot six people, killing two,  on campus in the 90s. 

According to Wikipedia, Lo went to Bard on the W.E.B DuBois minority scholarship.
