How ironic that California State Senator Abel Maldonado---who Guzzardi projected as winning the governor's seat in 2014---is part of a family whose wealth comes from a 6,000-acre strawberry farm.

Few crops are more labor intensive than strawberries. Is it possible that in the not too distant future California will have as its chief executive a man who built his fortune on illegal alien labor?
