Multiculturalism vs. Modernity: Oslo Rapes Are Victims' Fault?

The Washington Times recently addressed the dramatic rise in reported rapes in Oslo, while conspicuously avoiding any mention of immigration. It's interesting that Endre Sandvik, the head of the Oslo Legevakt Hospital said "clinic staff are also taking more time with each victim to secure evidence for prosecutors," and yet no one is mentioning what most of the perpetrators have in common: their ethnicity.
