Even GOP Establishment mouthpiece National Review is willing to concede that the U.S. Supreme Court, in the wake of its Obamacare and homosexual marriage decisions, is not a court at all but a political tribunal [Let’s Drop the Charade: The Supreme Court Is a Political Branch, Not a Judicial One, by Andrew C. McCarthy, June 27 2015]. But if the Court is political, what about elections a.k.a. impeachment?

A quick google search shows only one (1) brave voice now calling for the impeachment of Supreme Court justices, and only over the Obamacare decree: Freedom Watch's Larry Klayman [Impeach the 6 justices who upheld health care law, group urges, by David Lightman, McClatchy Washington Bureau, June 25 2015].

But there are many stories about a move by Democrats to impeach Maine Gov. Paul LePage (who, among other things, is great on resisting illegal immigration) e.g. Here's Why Lawmakers Want To Impeach Maine Gov. Paul LePage, by Hilary Hanson, Huffington Post, June 26 2015.

The utility of the impeachment weapon is one of VDARE.com's favorite subjects. But even normally sensible conservatives have trouble getting their heads around what seems to them to be a radical idea.  Leftists, in contrast, are quick to think of it—for example, when it looked like SCOTUS might repeal Obamacare first time around, in 2012.

Impeachment is not a radical idea—it's just a new idea. But, as someone once said, "as our case is new, we must think anew, and act anew." What's new here is the irrepressible conflict between America and Anti-America—caused, ultimately, by immigration-driven ethnic change.
