Here in the Pacific Northwest, nobody cares about the immigration march on Washington. I read the Sunday
Seattle Times and the cover stories were about the
Huskies winning a basketball game and t
he problems with raw milk. That's why I don't subscribe to the Seattle Times any more. I don't care about raw milk or basketball. But there was
nada about the immigration march.
The issue was completely overwhelmed by the health care issue. Nevertheless, I think Joe Guzzardi is correct again. Amnesty is a non-starter. Sadly, I don't thiink there will be any move to reduce legal immigration and that is the biggy.
