This Nicholas Kristof Tweet seems to implicitly condemn Americans' possession of firearms (Kristof is an antigun nut) but the dysfunctional behavior described comes with a picture of the dysfunctional behaver:

The woman involved is going to jail for three to seven years, and the sentence comes with a ban on eating at McDonalds. The woman, pictured, is Shaneka Monique Torres, and my question is, if Kristof [Email him] had said "So, she being black, she pulls a gun and fires it", what would happen to him?
