A three judge Fifth Circuit panel has ruled that the city of Farmers Branch, Texas had acted in an "unconstitutional" fashion in trying to protect itself against an illegal invasion. Apparently, only the Federal Government is allowed to protect you against this—and they won't. [See the decision in PDF: Parkside v Farmers Branch]
