Singh sounds like an Indian name but he came over the Mexican border? Also, the News 4 staff calls him a "teen" versus "illegal immigrant."

AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) – An 18-year-old teen living in Amherst could be deported for allegedly raping a minor.
The Erie County Sheriff’s Office arrested Herwinder Singh on September 9 and charged him with forcibly having sex with a minor. Deputies say Singh raped a 14-year-old girl on July 28 in the basement of a Clarence home after providing his victim with alcohol.
Singh was previously caught by U.S. Border Patrol agents in April 2013 in McAllen, Texas, near the border with Mexico. He will face a deportation hearing in Immigration Court next March.
Currently, Singh is out on bail. He is due back in court this week. [Emphasis added.]
So this is what we can expect from Obama's lack of border enforcement, and unaccompanied teens he's allowing into the country. Herwinder Singh was presumably 17 when he was caught at the border. Was he released with a promise to appear in 23 months? Why is he on bail on this charge? And why is the headline "Teen could be deported over alleged rape" rather than "Indian Illegal Immigrant Charged In Attack On Child"?
