Scott Walker is making all the right noises on immigration. Compare him with two-term GOP disaster George W. Bush

Dubya did tell us he wanted comprehensive immigration reform before the 2000 election. He sounded quite liberal with his "compassionate conservatism." Remember he even admonished conservatives for their attitude towards the poor and immigrants. And again in 2004 he said he would push for comprehensive immigration reform. Many of us didn't want to believe what we knew he stood for.

At least at this point Scott Walker hasn't been as explicit as Dubya.
