While driving to work I listened to the local CBS news station, where they were wondering why the violent crime rate in LA went up by 27% in the first quarter of this year, with even larger increases in the “diverse” area of South Central LA. The explanations ranged from “8 years of economic decline” to the “weather”.

However, nobody ventured into that forbidden land of the obvious, namely the influx of thousands of newly arrived unaccompanied "children" (AKA MS-13 gangbangers). What do you expect when you import more testosterone driven youth to fight over a limited drug turf?
