I'd like to think Eric Sievers’s advice will flip Loudoun County back to the red column. But I also think he’s over-analyzing it now. There will be nothing that Republicans can ever do to win it back, even among white voters, simply because Loudoun County is basically becoming Washington sprawl, full of people whose livelihoods directly or indirectly depend on a large as possible and powerful as possible Federal government.
