Excellent article on Trump's speech in Maine with VDARE.com's ever-helpful links. Of course the Lying Press will only see "hate" and "racism" in Trump's pointing out the major flaws in our refugee programs.

I hope eventually Trump will call for a complete immigration moratorium as the only solution to our immigration disaster. Perhaps he is waiting to spring the idea on Hillary during the debates. Apart from the security issues outlined in Trump's Maine speech, it seems to me that he has not yet fully emphasized how the H1-B program and the Diversity Lottery (among others) bring in millions of foreigners to take Americans' jobs.

With Labor Day coming up, Trump has an ideal opportunity to tie the issue of immigration to the economy. He should begin talking about "JOBS, JOBS, JOBS" in his speeches to get his point across. After all, James Carville said it best when he said "It's the economy, stupid."
