VDARE.com started on Christmas Eve in 1999, with our first War On Christmas note—about Andrew Cuomo's HUD having an everything-but-christmas Christmas. 15 years later, the same Andrew  Cuomo is the (apparently hereditary) Governor of New York.

If the Governor of New York issued a Christmas Message, I can't find it, but I note that in New York's capital, they had  a "holiday tree" lighting in Empire State Plaza. So VDARE.com can expect to have things to write about for years and years.
