Its great that a major Tea Party group has recognized the threat that open borders pose for America and is taking action. It wasnt always so. After attending a Tea Party event in Sacramento in 2009, I contacted a T-honcho about the danger to Constitutional government from immense illegal immigration and he said he didnt think it was important. So its good that leaders have wised up over time.
The film includes the observations of real experts like ranchers, local sheriffs and Border Patrol officers. There are a few Washington people like Americas Senator, Jeff Sessions, who discussed the all-important jobs issue (44:58):
“We don’t have a shortage of workers, we have a surplus of workers. We have a shortage of jobs. It’s not in the national interest to bring in huge numbers of workers in a time when wages are falling and jobs are hard to get. And Peter Kirsanow who’s a member of the US Commission on Civil Rights, an African American, he has made clear in repeated articles that immigration as they’re planning it and they have proposed will hurt African Americans the most. So the last thing we should be doing is doubling the number of people coming into the country to take jobs, allowing our lawful system of immigration to collapse.”
