Unusually, the Washington Post report of Tuesday's Amnesty rally—which the Obama Administration allowed on the National Mall although it had previously barred it to veterans' organizations—lets slip that it was a bust:

Organizers predicted that tens of thousands of people would attend the “Camino Americano: March for Immigrant Dignity and Respect” rally, featuring performances by popular Latino musicians and speeches by members of Congress as well as civil rights, religious and community leaders. But the crowd was considerably smaller, and grew even smaller after a popular singing group finished its performance.

Marchers urge Congress to pass immigration reform; several congressmen arrested, by Pamela Constable and Carol Morello, October 8, 2013. Emphasis added.

"A popular singing group"? Turns out it was Los Tigres Del Norte, an explicitly ReConquista band whose most famous song is "Somos Mas Americanos" [We are more American], dissected by VDARE.com's Allan Wall here.

This is as blatant as the arrogant mass marches with Mexican flags that helped sink the 2006 Amnesty drive.

Mexico, of course, does not allow political demonstrations by foreigners, let alone illegal aliens.

VDARE.com's position: Any patriot administration would counter these demonstrations with strategic deportation.
