It's rare that a plaintiff's suit gets me cheering, but it was nice to read about the Oregon woman who got $18 million from Equifax after it completely botched her credit report for years.

Apparently, Equifax was shipping work off to the Philippines. Nice to know your Social Security information goes overseas.

It was also discovered that Equifax wasn’t even handling Miller's complaints in-house.

"We found that when complaints would come in, they'd run them through a scanner and then send them overseas," Baxter told ABC News.
