If the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals was instituted in 2011 and had a 2-year lifespan how come it needed renewing in 2014?

The answer is that the lying rubric of the DHS confused the RedState writer and I did not catch it.

In August 2011 via a letter to a group of Treason Lobby Senators Janet Napolitano confirmed that the Obamacrats were opting not to enforce deportations against a huge swathe of young illegals. This action left the young invaders secure but with limited access to more social privileges. So the following summer, having I now have no doubt received assurances that the bought and paid for GOP leadership would do nothing the Obamacrats moved again as Brenda Walker reported for us in King Barack Dispenses Work Permits and Ends Deportation for Under-30s (aka Amnesty by Fiat)

Of course it’s amnesty. Authorization to stay and work legally is absolutely an amnesty, because the money is the reason they come. Few individual aliens care about citizenship and voting — those items are desired only by political Raza types to gain more group power

This was what gave rise to the recently renewed DACA regulation. Of course the GOP took a dive.

Prior to 2011 the Obamacrats had been cautiously dismantling enforcement by quietly weakening the rules in a process we called the Stealth Amnesty. In 2011 they dropped the stealth.

My view of course is that Obamacrat treason is a given, just like Islamic Jihadism is a given. The culpability lies with those who should be defending the nation – and those bribing them to neglect their duty.
