NumbersUSA updated their original FAX on EB-5 with a significant improvement. The first one is from the original and the second one is the new revised version.

ORIGINAL:

I have no problems with allowing upstanding, wealthy foreign nationals invest their money in the United States, especially when their investment creates jobs for American workers. This is the purpose of the EB-5 visa program and I believe the program is functioning quite well.

NEW:

While I do have some reservations supporting the program, I do recognize that it promotes investment in the American economy (even though it does border on the selling of green cards).
