The Mexican government never stops making pronouncements on U.S. immigration policy. The other day a Mexican diplomat was declaring how the U.S. should do things over in Geneva, at a hearing of the United Nations Human Rights Council.

This was reported in Mexico's Jornada, in an article entitled "Mexico Demands to Veto the Use of Racial Profiling in U.S. Migratory Laws"/Exige M?©xico vetar uso de perfiles raciales en leyes migratorias de EU,La Jornada, Nov. 5th, 2010

Here's how the article started:

Geneva — Mexico demanded that that United States ”expressly prohibit the use of racial profiling in the application of migratory legislation” during the Universal Periodic Review of the Human Rights Council.

Also, it recommended ”to prohibit, prevent and punish lethal force in the carrying out of immigration control tasks”...

The permanent representative to international organizations, ambassador Juan Jose Gomez Camacho complained that under the program ”Safe Communities” they are carrying out detentions under racial criteria. He stressed that these detentions "have even resulted in cases in which citizens of the United States have been confused with undocumented migrants and have been deported to Mexico. ”

So I guess Gomez doesn't want U.S. citizens being deported to Mexico.
