Only in America would a representative of the more "conservative" of two major parties introduce a bill called “The Border Hospital Survival and ILLEGAL Immigrant Care Act.” (My capitalization.) More to the point, this is the second time in three weeks that an article about the problems of immigration has made the list of the top 25 most emailed New York Times articles.
