Re: Byanna Bevens’ Column: Time to Hang My Confederate Flag

I read Bryanna Bevens’ article with great interest.

I particularly agree with her statement:

"In contrast, non-white races may take pride in and celebrate the history of anything they want."

As Bevens noticed, it gets much worse than mere celebration.

Here is a link to an article posted at AmericanPatrol.com about a textbook titled "Occupied America" that is widely used in American colleges to teach the so-called Chicano history.

Of course, no one in our public education establishment is concerned that the textbook is outrageously offensive to most non-Hispanic Americans.
