Re: Joe Guzzardi's Column: California's Chance: Two-Tiered Birth Certificates

California's two-tiered birth certificate concept that that would identify children born to illegal aliens as just that—illegal aliens— is better idea than Gov. Jon Corzine has just come up with.

Corzine is considering issuing aliens "driver privilege cards"—with discounted New Jersey university tuition thrown in as an added bonus for their illegal behavior.[New Jersey May Consider Driving Privileges for Immigrants, Newsday, January 4, 2009]

Based on his idiotic, brazen plan, I can only assume Corzine was in a coma when his neighbor New York governor Eliot Spitzer was almost run out of the state for a similar proposal.

What Corzine and Spitzer share in addition to their defiance of their constituents' clear wishes for tighter immigration controls is moral turpitude.

Bert's previous letter about what he views as amnesty's remote chances during Barack Obama's first term is here.
