Many people know that Herman Cain was the president and CEO of Godfather's Pizza, but little more than that. According to the bio posted on his campaign website, Mr. Cain was also a regional manager for Pillsbury's Burger King division and a former president of the lobbying group National Restaurant Association.
So during his time in management positions with an industry that is known for aggressively controlling labor costs, was Herman aware of any employment of illegal immigrants? Did he enforce the Employers Sanctions provision of the 1986 Immigration Control and Reform Act regarding the hiring of Illegal Immigrants?
What did Herman know and when did he know it? Inquiring minds want to know.
