A Concerned Reader Wonders What California Property Values Would Be Like MINUS Migration And PLUS Untidy Lawns
A Concerned Reader [Email him]
How much more would California properties be worth if there was less immigration but also more untidy lawns? I assume the lawns would be cut but probably to a lesser degree if the home owner does it themselves and just keeps lawn short enough not to attract pests. Maybe it would be better to look at some sort of standard of living index.
