Re: James Fulford's Tinley Park Attack: Anarcho-Tyranny In America

From: A Canadian Reader [Email him

Why are these "anti-racists" (in reality criminal thugs who will not tolerate those whose views they do not share) not being charged with attempted murder? Surely attacking someone with hammers, iron bars and batons (and while they are eating their dinner, no less) should be considered an act of attempted murder.

Any of these weapons could be used to inflict lethal damage upon someone. If George Zimmerman is justified in claiming self-defense for shooting one unarmed attacker, then surely these victims would have been amply justified in responding with lethal force to these cowardly masked thugs. Then again maybe they only attacked because they know Illinois is a state with no right to carry?

Would they have risked it in, say, a restaurant in Texas?

charged with "felony counts of mob action, aggravated battery and criminal damage to property." That ought to hold them for a while.
