In late 2003, the Southern Poverty Law Center made
known its desire to keep Joe Guzzardi on its
"radar". By "radar," it means keep tabs on Joe until

surveillance sentry can seize (manipulate) as

All I have to say about this next article is
yes...you read the title correctly. A summary: A
Cambodian man, a resident alien, is living in the
United States and at the age of 17 he kills a man.
After serving his time (two years) he is sentenced
to removal by immigration authorities. Well,
Cambodia won't take him and the Supreme Court just
released him back into the U.S. where he has become,
by virtue of a court order that restricts him to a
parole department, a de facto citizen safe from
deportation.
