Brenda Walker On The California Supreme Court Decision Upholding In-State Tuition for Illegal Alien College Students

The stupid state of the left coast has chalked up another blow against citizen taxpayers by forcing us to subsidize the higher education of lawbreaking foreigners.

The reasoning of the California Supreme Court is that the legislation does not discriminate against Americans of other states because the requirement is based on attending a California high school for three years and graduating.

So are Nevada parents expected to send their 15-year-old to live in California to attend high school for 3 years? Ridiculous. Americans ARE disadvantaged by this ruling.

Oklahoma Anti-Sharia Initiative Considered

On Election Day, 70 percent of Oklahoma voters approved a no-sharia initiative, and the friends of tyranny at the Council for American Islamic Relations (CAIR) immediately sued to prevent its application. One of their fraudulent arguments has been that sharia use in US courts is non-existent, so the law would be superfluous.

The leadership of the Church of Jesus Christ Of The Latter-Day Saints (I will refer to them as Mormons to save time) has come out in favor of mass immigration and amnesty in what they call the Utah Compact:
