The Volokh Conspiracy recently found itself blocked by one of those censorware programs that some IT departments put on computers to make life difficult. We've had a problem with that before, because some of the filter companies decided we were "hateful," and blocked us that ground. They always back off when they receive a lawyers letter, but of course we don't know who to send a letter to until we find out about the blocking.
